Low minimums

Custom pajamas from 50 pieces per style

Enough to test a silhouette across a full size run. Not so many that a slow seller becomes dead stock.

50 pieces per style · sampling 7–10 days · production 25–35 days

Built for the first order, not the tenth

Most factories quote a minimum that only makes sense once you already have a customer base. We set ours at 50 pieces per style, because that is the number a first collection can actually carry — enough to test a silhouette across sizes, not so many that a slow seller becomes dead stock.

If you are launching a label, adding a sleepwear category to an existing shop, or testing a fabric before committing to a season, this is the page you want.

What 50 pieces actually buys you

  • One style, one colourway, full size range
  • Sampling before bulk: 7–10 days
  • Private label: your woven label, hangtag and colourway
  • Fabric from seven houses we already know how to repeat
  • FOB, EXW or DDP terms — your choice at quotation
  • Export paperwork handled from Xiamen Port

Why 50 is the floor, and not 5

Three costs set the minimum, and none of them scale down:

Fabric minimums. Mills sell by the roll. A single roll of a garment-washed linen or a brushed knit covers roughly 50–70 pieces in a mixed size range. Below that, you are paying for fabric you cannot use, so the price per piece climbs instead of falling.

Print and dye setup. A custom print carries a screen or digital setup charge that is fixed regardless of run length. Spread across 20 pieces it doubles the unit cost; spread across 50 it is manageable.

Size grading. A real size run means separate cutting for each size. The pattern work is the same whether you cut 20 or 200 — but at 20, that work sits on too few units to absorb.

We will tell you honestly when a design only works at a higher quantity. It is usually a print, and usually around 100 pieces.

Questions buyers ask first

What is the minimum order for custom pajamas?

50 pieces per style, per colourway — or 50 sets for the styles we sell as a set. Mixed sizes count toward the same 50.

Can I order 30 pieces to test?

Not as a standard order. We quote 50 as the floor because fabric rolls and print setup do not scale below it. For a first test we can sometimes cut a 30-piece run from stock fabric — ask, and we will tell you if it is possible for your design.

How long does sampling take?

7–10 days from approved swatch, plus 2–4 days for the quote.

Do you do private label at this quantity?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags and custom colourways are available at 50 pieces.

What are the payment terms?

Confirmed at quotation, based on order value and whether it is a first or repeat order.

Can you ship DDP?

Yes — FOB, EXW and DDP are all available. DDP quotes include duty and delivery.
