Custom pajamas, sampled before anything is cut

Your print, your colourway, your silhouette. Sampling in 7–10 days, production in 25–35.

Floracco Atelier · Xiamen

50 pieces per style · sampling 7–10 days · production 25–35 days

Four things you can customise

Print. Your artwork, or a print we develop from a reference. Digital and screen options depending on run length and colour count.

Colourway. Matched to Pantone or to a physical swatch. Lab dips come back with the sample so you approve colour on cloth, not on screen.

Silhouette. Start from one of our live styles and change what matters — sleeve length, leg shape, collar, trim. Or send a reference garment and we pattern from it.

Trim and finish. Piping, embroidery, contrast binding, button detail. Embroidery placement is digitised and approved on the sample.

The sampling step is not optional

Nothing is cut before the swatch and the sample are signed off. That is the whole point of a 7–10 day sampling window — it costs less to fix a shoulder on one sample than on 200 units.

On the sample you will see: fabric hand-feel, colour under your lighting, print scale, label placement, and the size grading on a real body.

What drives the price

VariableEffect
Fabric houseLinen and brushed knits sit higher than standard cotton
PrintFixed setup charge, so unit cost drops sharply above 100 pieces
TrimsEmbroidery and contrast binding add per piece
FreightAir is roughly 25–40% above sea per unit

Live catalogue, priced by unit: $5.95–31.00. A three-piece set and a single blouse are not the same unit, so we quote per style once the fabric is chosen.

Seasonal calendar

For Christmas delivery, production must start by late October for air freight, or by late August for sea freight. For spring/summer ranges, sampling in November–December and production in January is the normal rhythm for Northern Hemisphere buyers.

Questions buyers ask first

Can you copy a design I send?

We pattern from a reference garment or technical sketch. We do not reproduce another brand’s protected design.

Do you handle embroidery and printing in house?

Printing and embroidery are produced to our specification within our supply chain, then checked in the atelier before packing.

Can I get a sample before paying for bulk?

Yes. Sampling is a paid step and its cost is quoted upfront, separately from bulk.

How many revisions on a sample?

Two revision rounds are included; further rounds are charged at sample cost.
