Order and minimums
- What is your minimum order?
- 50 pieces per style, per colourway — or 50 sets for the styles we sell as a set. A mixed size range counts toward the same 50.
- Can I order fewer than 50?
- Not as a standard order. Fabric comes by the roll and print setup is a fixed cost, so below 50 the unit price rises rather than falls. If your design uses a fabric we already hold in stock, a smaller trial run is sometimes possible — ask.
- Can I combine styles to reach the minimum?
- The minimum applies per style. Two styles in the same fabric can sometimes be combined into one production run — ask at quotation.
- Do you work with first-time brands?
- Yes. Most of our clients are launching a first collection or adding a sleepwear category to an existing shop.
Sampling
- How long does sampling take?
- 7–10 days from approved swatch, after a 2–4 day quoting stage.
- How much does a sample cost?
- Quoted per style, based on fabric and complexity. Sample cost is separate from bulk and is confirmed before we start.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Two revision rounds are included; further rounds are charged at sample cost.
- Do I see colour before bulk?
- Yes. Lab dips are submitted with the sample so you approve colour on cloth, not on a screen.
Production and delivery
- How long is production?
- 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on style complexity and trim.
- What is the reorder lead time?
- 15 days preparation on a repeat order, plus freight.
- Air or sea?
- Air freight is 7–10 days door to door and costs roughly 25–40% more per unit. Sea freight is 30–40 days port to port.
- Which terms do you quote?
- FOB, EXW and DDP. DDP includes duty and delivery to your address.
- Where do you ship from?
- Xiamen Port, China.
Private label
- What can carry my brand?
- Woven labels, printed labels, hangtags, custom packaging and custom colourways. All available at 50 pieces.
- Do I own the pattern?
- Yes, for patterns developed to your specification. We do not resell them.
- Can I supply my own fabric?
- Yes, subject to a pre-production check. Most clients use our seven fabric houses because the lead time is shorter.
Working together
- What are the payment terms?
- Confirmed at quotation, based on order value and whether it is a first or repeat order.
- Do you provide product photography?
- Yes. Photography for the styles you order, supplied with the goods.
- What languages do you work in?
- English across the sales team; production documents are handled in Chinese.
- How do I start?
